I. EDNA I. BOEGEL, of Toledo, Ohio, being of full age and
sound mind and memory, do make, publish, and declare this to be
the"F'i'~'S~Z'"t'T'" to awy last Mi 11 and Testament, which Last Mi i 1
and Testament was executed by me on May 9, 1969, and witnessed
by Harland M. Gritz and Mary J. Toles. _ -
- ITEM I
The first paragraph of Item III of my Last Mill
and Testament shall be deleted in its entirety. and
there shall be subs tituted,~in lieu thereof, the
following: -
I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred
(=500.00) Dollars to each of my grandchildren living
at the time of my death..
There shall be added. to my Last Mill and Testament,
the following:
Any automobile I may hold title to at the time
of my death is hereby bequeathed to my daughter,
Geraldine Elarton.
ITEM III
I hereby ratify and confirm my Last M i 11 and
Testament in all other respects.
