I. EpNA I. BOEGEL, of Toledo, Ohio, being of full. age and
_ ;
sound mind~and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be
the Second Codicil to my Last Will and Testament, which ~.ast Will
and Testament was executed by me on May 9, 1969, and witnessed
by Harland M. Britt and Mary J. Tolles, and which Last Will and
Testament was modified by a First Codicil thereto which was exe-
cuted by me on January 24, 1975, and witnessed by Marvin A. Robon
and Robert T. Baffles.
ITEM I
The first paragraph of Item III of my Last Will and
Testament shall Be de leted in its entirety and there'
Shill bg substituted, in lieu thereof, the following:
I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred
(500.00) Dollars to each of my grandchildren
and great-grandchildren living at the time of
my death. '
( ITEM II ~
f I hereby ratify and confirm my Last Will and Testament,
as modified by the First Codicil thereto, in all other
respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand at Toledo,
