ORDER ON TEMPORARY MOTIONS
This matter coming on on various motions-for temporary relief by
both parties hereto, both parties being represented by counsel,
argument and testimony being received, upon consideration it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Primary custody of the three minor children shall be with
the Wife, subject to~the Husband's reasonable rights of visitation,
which shall be as follows: the Husband shall have the right to visit
the children each day for a period of time not to exceed one-hour,
and may, take the children during that period outside the home.
The visits are to be conducted in a courteous and proper manner, and
during reasonable times. Neither party is to harass, bother, or
argue with the other during said visits or otherwise.

~ 2. The Husband shall have the right to have custody of the children

from 5:00 p.m. Friday evening until 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening on

alternate weekends, beginning with the weekend of April 11, 1980,
and every other weekend thereafter. The Husband shall pick the
children up and return the children to the home occupied by the
Wife. The Wife shall provide adequate and suitable clothes and
other necessities for the children, and same shall be returned by
the Husband in good condition.
3. The Husband shall pay $25.00 per week per child for child

support, making a total weekly payment of $75.00 per week, either

directly to-the Wife or through the Clerk of the Court. Payments
made to the Clerk of this Court will be remitted promptly by him to
the Wife. If paid to the Clerk of the Court there is hereby assessed
