the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check, commencing on April 11, 1980. Both of.the parties
are ordered to~keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. The Wife shall have possession of the marital home during
the pendency of-this action.
5. The Husband shall additionally pay the mortgage payments,
car payments, utility bills and the base charge for the telephone.
.6. Based on the stipulation of the parties, the Wife shall make
herself available for a psychiatric evaluation by a qualified physician
to be agreed upon by the parties (or if agreement cannot be reached-
by Order of this Court), with the costs of same to be paid by the
Husband.
7. The State of Florida Division of Social and Economic Services
of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services is ordered
to investigate the suitability of the Husband and Ylife for purposes
of custody-of the minor children of the parties, and said Department
is hereby ordered to file their written report with the Circuit Court
herein.
