THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 1st day of
April, 1980, upon the Motion to Dismiss and Motion to
Strike Lis Pendens, filed on behalf of the Defendants,
and the Court having heard argument of counsel and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is upon
consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the Motion to Dismiss, be and the same is t
hereby granted, and that the Plaintiff shall have twenty
' (20) days from the date of this Order to file an Amended
~ Complaint.

(2) That the Motion to Strike Lis Pendens, be and the
5 same is hereby granted and said Lis Pendens, be and the same
is hereby dismissed and striken.
