ORDER
THIS MATTER having come on before me upon defendants'
Motion to Dismiss/Strike, the Court having heard argument
of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion to. Dismiss be and the same is hereby
granted.
2. Plaintiff is hereby granted twenty (20) days
from the sate of this Order in which to file an amended
complaint, and shall attach to said amended complaint
copies of the agreement referred to in Paragraph 2 of
~ -
the complaint, if in fact such agreement is in writing,
I and shall further attach copies of all alleged fraudulent
checks, drafts and other documentation referred to in said .
complaint.
3. Defendants shall have ten (10) days from the file of
said amended complaint in which to file responsive pleadings.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
