THIS CAUSE, having come before the Court on all motions
of the Defendants to strike and to dismiss and the Court having
heard argument of counsel for all parties, considered the law, and
beinE otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motions to Strike and to
Dismiss filed by the Defendants shall be and they are hereby denied.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Defendants shall have twenty
days from the date of this Order to file-their respective~Answers.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
