THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on March 31, 1980
upon Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, and this Court having
considered the merits of said Motion,. having offered counsel
of record the opportunity to present their respective positions, •
and having been otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss
is hereby granted, that Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days ~
from-the date of entry of this Order within which to file an •
Amended Complaint, and that Defendants shall have fifteen (15)
days thereafter within which to respond to th Amended Complaint.
