Comes now Patricia S. Snavely, Petitioner, present in person and by counsel, ilonald D. DeGrasse, and comes-not, Joseph Carroll Snavely, III,•Res- pondent and it appearing to the Court that. the Respondent was duly served with process more than twenty (20) days before the day on which the summons herein i was made returnable as appears by the return of the Clerk of Marion County, i Indiana, which summons and return are in the following words and figures, to- wit: (H.I.); and it further appearing to the. Court that this Cause is at issue, the same-being submitted to the Court for trial and finding without the inter- - vention of a jury. - i And the Court, having i?eard the evidence and being duly advised in the j premises, finds that the Petitioner has been a continuous and bona fide resi- j dent of the County of Marion and the State of Indiana as required by law and fuitner finds that the marriage of the parties hereto is irretrievably broken i and that the said marriage should be hereby dissolved and the parties restored to the state of unmarried persons. - The Court further finds that no children were born as a result of this marriage. The Court•fprther finds that the wife is not now pregnant. The Court further finds that the property of the parties has been divided to the arties satisfaction and that the p p sties are to have as their sole and separate property any and all property presently in the possession of the respec- five parties. 3 ~ The Court-further finds that the parties are to assume the payment of ~ those debts which they incurred in their respective individual capacities.
