On this day personally appeared before me, an officer duly
authorized in the State and County aforesaid to take acknowledg-
ments, BEN D. EMERSON, who by me being first duly sworn, upon
' oath, says: -
- 1. My name is Ben D. Emerson.
2.. The above-described real property has never been-the
homestead or place of residence of affiant, or of Norman M.
Trabulsy, and that as of February 13, 1980, the above-described
real property was vacant and unimproved, and that your affiant
and Norman M. Trabulsy resided and lived elsewhere, and not
upon property immediately contiguous to the above_described
real property.
