and upon reviewing the Affidavit and it appearing to the .court that the
defendants. are not infants_or incompetent persons and it appearing that
it is not necessary to take an account or to determine the amount of
damages or to establish the truth of any averment by evidence or to
make an investigation of any other matter to enable the court to enter
judgment or to effectuate it, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:,.
The Plaintiff, FLORIDA DRUG INC., d/b/a FLORIDA WHOLESALE DRUG,
INC.. do have, recover and receive from the defendants, GREG '?•i~LLAR anu
I', FRED KOLESAR d/b/a K & M DRUGS, jointly and severally,: the sum of
$11,734.44, reflecting principal, together with interest commencing
.from November 15, 1979 up through and including March 10, 1980 at a
i
per diem rate of $4.82 amounting to $559.12, sum total equalling
$12,293.56, with a per diem rate ro be added on to said figure of $4.82,
if entry of this judgment occurs subsequent to March 10, 1979 and in
said event, said sum totals $ `is•~~, all for which sum let execution
issue forthwith.
