201, page 2744, of the Public Records of St. Lucie .County, Florida.
Subject to a mortgage in the amount of $10,000.00 given by James W. Reedy and
Ruth Reedy, his wife, to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort_
Pierce, dated May 3, 1972, filed May 12, 1972, in 0. R. Book 202, page 926, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage the grantee
