STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH
Before me this day personally appeared DOROTHY M.
WORDEN, who, being duly sworn, deposes and says: -
That she is the widow of HOWARD E. WORDEN. That she
was married to HOWARD E. WORDEN'at the time conveyance was made
by Warranty Deed recorded in Official Record Book 3345 at page
1327 and by Warranty Deed recorded in Official Record Book. 2992
at page 1235, of the public records of Hillsborough County,
Florida, to her and her husband, HOWARD E. WORDEN, and remained
married to -him at all periods since those transfers and all periods

until his death on September 5, 1979. Affiant further states
that her husband, HOWARD E. WORDEN, was a Florida resident at
~ the time of-his death.

Affiant further states that the listing of HOWARD E.
WORDEN as "HOWARD W. WORDEN" (grantor) in the Warranty Deed ~
recorded in Official Record Book 2992 at page 1235 of the public I

records of Hillsborough County, Florida, was error and the
conveyance was to HOWARD E. WORDEN and DOROTHY M. WORDEN as an

estate by the entireties. -
FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NOT.
