ORDER DISSOLVING THE
VISITING NURSE ASSOCIATION O ST. LUCIE COUNTY -
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the Petition
of dissolution signed by the attorney for the not-for--profit
corporation,. and the Court having before it evidence of the
publication oP the intent to dissolve the corporation, and having
examined the Petition, and having received a-photo copy of the
check from the association to the St. Lucie County Health Depart-
- ment, being the balance of funds on hand in the Associations'
checking account, as the final asset of the corporations and being
duly advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Dissolution of
the not-for-profit corporation filed by the VISITING NURSE ASSOCIA-
TION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, INC., is hereby approved and the said
corporation is hereby dissolved effective upon the date of this
Order. •
DONE AND ORDERED Chambers, in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this ay of April, 1980.
