MOTION TO SUPPLEMENT RECORD ON APPEAL
The appellant, K-Mart Corporation, a Michigan corpora-
tion, by and through its undersigned attorneys, respectfully
requests this court to further supplement the record on appeal to
include the deposition of James M. Williams which was read in
evidence in the trial of this cause and in which the court '
reporter failed to include in the typewritten transcript of the `
~i proceedings before this court. Inclusion of this item in the
record on appeal is necessary for disposition of the appeal now
pending before the Fourth District Court of Appeal. Opposing

counsel-has been contacted and has no objection.
