PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

holder of the mortgage execu ed by SAND D~?IILAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a
Florida banking corporation, dated December 28, 1978, and recorded
in Official Record Book 300, pages 2081 through 2097, inclusive,.
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable
consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby on this 7th day of -April 1980, releases from
the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County described
as:
That certain Condominium parce•1 composed of Unit
No. 620 and an undivided 1/47 share in those
common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance
with and subject to the covenants, conditions,
restrictions, terms and other provisions of that
Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS
CONDOMINIUM 8, as recorded in Official Record
Book 327, page 2576, and as amended in Official
Record Book 327, page 2640, all in .the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
