ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the Husband's
Motion To Modify Final Judgment and the Court being advised in the
E
premises and after having heard testimony and arguments of counsel,
the Court makes the following findings of fact:
1. That the marriage of the Husband and Wife was dissolved
by the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, In~and For ~
St. Lucie County, Florida on February 6, 1975. -
2. That pursuant to the Court's Final Judgment in the
~ dissolution of marriage proceeding, the Wife was granted custody of
the minor child, Julia.Kim Maheuron.
3. That in the Fall of 1977, the Wife relinquished physical
custody of the minor child to the Husband for reasons that the .Wife
felt to be in the best interests of the minor child. The minor child
has remained with the Husband to the present date.
4. That both the Husband and Wife are fit and proper
parents for the minor child. However, a change in the primary residence .
of said minor child at this time would be disruptive. ,
Therefore, in looking to the best interests of the child,

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that joint custody of the minor child
shall be granted to the Husband and Wife with the primary residence
