ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion of the Defendant to ,
Compel and for an Extension of Time, and waiving formal hearing herein, and
the Court having reviewed the Motion of the Defendant and taken notice of the
Certificate of Service to the Attorney for the Plaintiff, N. -Richard Schopp,
and being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is upon
consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as fol]ows: .
1. The Plaintiff, TERI MORRIS, is hereby ordered to turn over to
the Defendant, SOL HOLLAND, medical records in her possession at her control
which reveal the blood type of the Plaintiff, TERI MORRIS, and the child which
is the subject of this Hearing, JOSHUA ALEXANDER MORRIS, born January 18,
1979 in Dade County, Florida.
2. The Defendant is granted an extension of time, for the purpose
of securing finances to defray the costs of medical tests permitted by Clause
7 of the Final Judgment Determining Paternity and Support, and such extension
shall be fora period of days of the date of this Order.
