THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon the
Husband's Motion for Order For Rights of Visitation and For ~
i
Child Custody Investigation, and the parties, through their ~
respective counsel of record, having stipulated and agreed
to the entry of Orders thereon, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband, JOSEPH GEORGE WHEELER, shall have
rights of reasonable visitation with the minor child of the `
parties, JOSEPH GEORGE WHEELER, JR., including the right to
remove the-said minor child from the home of the mother during
said 'periods of visitation. ~
2. That the social and economic services of the
f Department of Health-and Rehabilitative Services of the State

of Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute Section 61.20, is
hereby directed and Ordered to make investigation of the social .
circumstances concerning the minor children of the parties
hereto, and to render a child custody study and report to
this Court and to the. artier hereto -involvin such offices - 1

of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, as
will be necessary to conduct a full investigation and study -
in both Saint Lucie and Broward Counties. ,
