incompetent, and has taken the prescribed oath, and performed all other acts necessary to qualify as
such guardian:

duly qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act as the guardian of the property of

said incompetent, all the property of said incompetent, and of the rents, income, issues, and profits
from it.
