ORDER OF FINAL DISCHARGE
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the Petition of
PAN AMERICAN BANK OF ORLANDQ, N.A., formerly Citizens National
Bank of Orlando, a national banking and trust association, and it
appearing to the Court that the Ward is deceased and the necessity
of a Guardianship has terminated; that said Guardian has made full
settlement with the Personal Representative of~the Estate of
FRANK K. JENSEN., deceased, of all assets that have come into its
hands as such Guardian; that the Personal Representative has given
a Receipt and Consent to the entry of an Order discharging said
Guardian, which has been filed herein; that said Gu-rdian has
faithfully, honestly, and satisfactorily performed and discharged
all of the duties as Guardian of said Ward; and that no objections
have been filed to the Final Report of such Guardian.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the
said PAN AMERICAN BANK OF ORLANDO, N.A., formerly Citizens Nat.iona
I
Bank of Orlando, be and it is hereby discharged as~Guardian of
the Estate of FRANK K. JENSEN, a Guardianship, from the date t
hereof .
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this ll day of 1980.
