ORDER ADJUDGING INCOMPETENCY
This matter coming on this day to be heard from the
report of the examining committee heretofore appointed by this Court,
and from the evidence introduced at the hearing on the Petition -
heretofore filed in this Court,, and it appearing to the satisfaction
of this Court that ELLEN J. ROBERTSON, the person now under investi-
t3ation, is incompetent by reason of infirmity due to advanced age;
that said incompetent was represented by ,attorney Joseph J.
DeRoss, who has filed his answer or attended this hearing; and
that the said incompetent is now a resident of Saint Lucie County,
Florida, and has been a resident•of the State of Florida for
a period of 23 years; that her condition is ~~(chronic);
that her age is 90
It is, therefore, ORDERED that-the said ELLEN J. ROBERTSON,
is incompetent within the meaning of Chapter 744.331(7) Florida
Statutes.
ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County,
Florida, this 11th day of APRIL , 1980.
