KNOW Atl MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a ~corporatiort under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Jean L. Rice, ~a single adu4~t
and Kenneth R. Swearingen, a single adult dated December 8th 19 77 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 278 on page
1406 , securinet the payment of the sum of Twenty Four Thousand, Bight Hundred and no/100---
Dollars (3 24,800.00-----
.covering property in the County of Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
