O R D E R

-THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 31st day of March,
1980, upon the Petition For Temporary Relief of the Wife, and the
Court having examined the sworn Petition and having heard the testi-
mony by the Wife, and-being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Petition For Temporary Relief of the Wife, MARY
A. BROWN, be, and is hereby ordered granted, and the Husband, MICHAEL
E. BROWN, be, and is hereby ordered to remove himself from and to va-
cate the mobile home owned by the Wife, MARY A. BROWN, which is lo-
cated at 5 Nuestra Calle, Spanish Lakes - Riverfront, Port St. Lucie,
Florida, and the Husband, be, and is hereby further ordered to remove

himself from .said mobile home by 5:00 P.M. on March 31, 1980.
2. That the Husband, MICHAEL E. BROWN, be, and is hereby
ordered enjoined and restrained from harrassing, molesting, annoying,-
assaulting or otherwise interfering with the Wife, MARY A. BROWN, and
-the Husband, be, and is hereby further ordered not to go to the resi-
~ dence of the Wife.
