NEUBERGER, Wife. i O R D E R THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 14th day. of March, 1980, upon the Rule To Show Cause issued by this Court and served upon the Husband, PAUL S. NEUBERGER, commanding said Husband to show cause why he should not beheld in contempt of this Court for his failure to comply with the Order of this Court and for his failure pursuant to the Order of this Court to appear before this Court on February 25, 1980, and the Court having heard the testimony of -the Husband and the Wife, and also having heard the testimony of the ' present and immediate past employer of the Husband, and the Court ~ finding the Husband, PAUL S. NEUBERGER, is in willful contempt of this Court's Order rendered on January 11, 1980, ordering the Husband to make weekly child support payments and also finding that the Husband is in contempt of this Court's Order for his failure to appear before • 0. 7 this Court on February 25, 1980, and the Court further finding that the Husband has been gainfully employed or has willfully divested himself of the means of employment during the entire period during which this Court ordered the Husband to make weekly child support pay- ments, and the Court further finding that .the Husband is now in arrears in the additional sum of $500.00 making a total arrearage of $6,420.00, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon t k ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: i 1.
