NEUBERGER, be, and is hereby ordered sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Saint Lucie County-Jail for a period of• ninety (90) days and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County, be, and is hereby ordered to take the Husband, PAUL S,. NEUBERGER, into custody and to incarcerate him in the Saint Lucie County Jail for ninety (90) days without further order of this Court. Provided; however, that the Husband may purge himself of this contempt by making child support payments to the Wife in the sum of $80.00 per week as required in the Order of this Court rendered on January 11, 1980, and as ordered in . the Final Judgment of Dissolution Of Marriage previously rendered by this Court. That upon the Wife filing an Affidavit in this cause -stating that the Husband has failed to make a weekly child support payment or any part thereof, this Court without notice to the Husband will issue a Bench Warrant for the incarceration of the Husband in the Saint Lucie County Jail. 2. That the Husband, PAUL S. NEUBERGER, on the first day of each month commencing on April 1, 1980, be, and is hereby ordered to pay to the Wife the sum of $100.00 per month as a payment to reduce the f arrearage of child support owed by the Husband in the amount of .$6,420.00. Said $100.00 payment shall be made by the Husband through the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Saint Lucie County, Florida, by money order, cashiers check or cash, and the Husband shall pay the statutory fee of $2.00 to the clerk for the pro- cessing of said payment. f 3. That the Husband, PAUL S. NEUBERGER, be, and is hereby ~ ordered to pay the attorneys, fees and costs in the total sum of $876.00 to BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered, Suite 200, First National Bank Building, 300 South Sixth Street, Post Office Box 4392, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, within sixty (60) days of the date of March 14, 1980. at10K 329 PAGE 111 -2-
