FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 14th day of Apri1,1980
{
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of th
parties and subject matter of this suit that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be~dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGEb as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JUDITH
S. ALEX and STEPHAN ALEX by and the same is hereby dissolved
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from 3
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and i
from the obligations arising therefrom.
j ~ 2. PROPERTY: 2'he Property Settlement Agreement admitted
otnto evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and
` ithe parties are ordered to comply with the provisions tr:ereof.
3. RESTORATION OF NAME: JUDITH S. ALEX be and she .is
ereby authcri_~ed to assume her former name of JUDITH STRITE-
AMPBELL and to use the same in all respects as if said
`~~narriage had not intervened.

4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the
arties hereto is retained for the entry of such further order
