FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing the day of ,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration. to all the
evidence, finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of .this suit; that the relation-
, ship of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, it
is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between KAREN
K. HILSON and PAUL H. HILSON be, and the same is, hereby dissolved

and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
E bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
f

obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT. The Stipulation and Agreement
between the parties as to property settlement was admitted into evo-
Bence and is incorporated by reference herein and the parties are
ordered to comply with the provisions of the Agreement.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
arties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders. as

may be proper. - .
