FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE having come on for Final Hearing before
me, the undersigned Judge of the above-styled Court, upon the -
Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and it appearing
that personal service was had upon the Husband, and the Court
having heard testimony and being otherwise fully and duly advised
in the premises,. it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
I. .That .this-Court has jurisdiction of the parties
hereto and the subject matter hereof. - ~ -
~ 2. That the marriage of TINA MARIE HOHENSEE, Wife

and RONALD A. HOHENSEE, JR., Husband, is hereby dissolved as said
` marriage~is irretrievably broken.
3. That TINA MARIE HOHENSEE, Wife be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of TINA MARIE
LO BRUTTO and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage
had not intervened.
4. That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of
