HomeMy WebLinkAbout1224 is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised~of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. PERSONAL PROPERTY. The Wife is awarded the Pontiac automobile
and the Husband is awarded the Cutlass Supreme, with both parties to
sign any and all necessary documents to effect transfer, if any.
The Wife is awarded the household furnishings in the home in
which the parties had resided, except for the TV set a
5. COSTS INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES. The Husband is hereby
ordered to gay to the Wife's attorney the sum of $300.00 as reasonable
attorney's fees. Said sum to be paid directly to the Wife's attorney,
ROGER ORR, ESQUIRE, P.O. Box 3388,-Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. Further jurisdiction may be invo}:ed by mailing a copy of any
future pleading to the address required. to. be supplied to the Clerk
of the Circuit Court as outlined above. Should jurisdiction be invoked
in this manner, this pleading shall be mailed by certified mail,
return receipt requested, addressee only, to the opposing party; and
which shall allow forty (40) days from the mailing date thereof in
which to file a responsive pleadin .
