S'TLWARD, Wife This cause came on for trial the 15th day of ril, ~19 Ap 80 and the Court having given full consideration to alI the evidence, finds and de- ter~nines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION .OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JAr~S EI,i.,IOrl•T age 11, born September 20, 1968, minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent, IiIRLIi~ M. STEWARD, with reasonable visitation Tights reserved to Petitioner, (~L2AID .W.. STEWARD. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 18th day of ril 19 . - ~ Petitioner shall pay to Respondent the sum of ~ 300.00 , per month for the support of the child(ren) named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him re- mitted promptly to Respondent, Iurline M. Steward. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of X2.00 as statutory costs to be . added to each paymenx made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
