FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF 1`iARRIAGE -
This cause came on for trial the 14th day of April,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and

subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. The marriage between JAMES H. RUNTE, Husband and
DOROTHY DIANNE RUNTE, Wife be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom:
2. Custody of DAVID ALLEN RUNTE, date of birth
May 18, 1963, and KIMBERLY GAYE RUttTE, date of birth December 6,

1965, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
the Wife, DOROTHY DIANNE RUNTE, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to JAMES H: RUNTE. -
- 3. Commencing the 1st day of May, 1980, JAMES
H. RUNTE, Husband, shall pay to DOROTHY DIANNE~RUNTE, Wife,- the
sum of Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($450.00) each and every month,
for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk. of this

Court and by him remitted promptly to DOROTHY DIANNE RUNTE,
