HomeMy WebLinkAbout1231 ' ~ and Further Resolve that the Association accepts a proposal from General Development Corporation to transfer to-the Association, as a part of the Common Properties, property lying contiguous to the South line of said Lots 76, 77 and 78 consisting of parcels ten feet in depth by the entire width of said lots all as more fully indicated and described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein-by reference; which transfer would-be made at the time the Developer transferred to the Association i all of the Common Properties. 2. General Development Corporation in conformance with the terms and conditions of said resolutions, hereby agrees to-the same,, acknowledges and declares that the properties described in Exhibit "A" are and shall be respectively made a part of said Lots 76, 77 and 78, and further declares that the properties described. in Exhibit "B" be and the same are removed from said Lots 76, 77 and 78 as they appear on said Plat and are added to and made a part of the Common Properties` - ~ 3.
