decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative because it is
nominated personal representative in decedent's Will
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate arc real estate,
stocks, bonds, certificates of depositi, savings and checking
accounts with an approximate value of over $100,000.00.
7..Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of decedent other than as set forth
in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated July 12
19 79 attestied MARTHA WILSON LOUISE A. GREGORY and _
B. A. BITTAN, JR.
is in the possession of the court or accompanies this petition.
9. ANNA C. MacMAHON, one of the residuary devisees, died on
February 3, 1980, in the state of New Jersey. A copy of her death
certificate is attached.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted to probate and that
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY ~be appointed personal representative of the

Florida estate of the decedent.
