I, LILLIAN M. COPE, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,~and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
I.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my death as convenient.
II.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
both real and personal, wherever situate, whether now owned or
hereafter acquired by me, I devise in equal shares to my follow-
ing-brother and sisters, per capita:

I appoint SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Flor-
ida, or its successor, as personal representative of my estate and
grant unto it, in addition to the powers conferred by the laws of
the State of Florida, the power, without Court Order, to sell all
~ or any part of the real property at any time belonging to my es -
tate, at ublic or private sale, for cash or on terms.
