AGREEMENT
cn-IEREAS Robert L. Baldwin, Sr. and Pauline C. Baldwin, husband and wife whose Post
office address is 711 South 12th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 First Party,
did on the 12 day of December A.D., 19 75 purchase certain property as described in
OR Book 246 at page 1976 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida from
Charles Riccio and Victoria Riccio, his wife whose Post Office address is 3246
Pierce Street, Hollywood, Flor±~?a 33020 Second Party, (wherever used herein, the
terms "first party" and "second party" shall include singular and plural, heirs, legal
representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of Corporations,
wherever the context so admits or requires) and;
WHEREAS the Second Party, holds a mortgage against the property as described in OR Book
246 at page 1980 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida and;
WHEREAS the First Party now owns the West half of the property rather than an undivided t
one-half interest;
THEREFORE the-legal description for the aforementioned mortgage is hereby revised to read
as follows: -
An undivided -----ten------------------------------ percent (10$----) in-
terest in and to the West half of the following described property,
to wit: - (
Lots 268 and 271 WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION, Section 10, Township 36 South
Range 40 East, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, page 23 •
of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida; said lands situate,
lying and being in Saint Lucit County, Florida.
ALL other stipulations called for in the aforementioned recorded mortgage remain as liefore.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the First Party and the Second Party have hereunto set their hands
