AGREEMENT
WHEREAS Robert L. Baldwin, Sr. and Pauline C. Baldwin, husband and wife whose Post
Office address is 6410 Oleander Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, First Party,
did on the 21 day of November A. D. 1975 purchase certain property as ,described in
OR Book 246 at page 437 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida from
Frank L. Mikes and Lottie H. Mikes, his wife, whose Post Office address is 1360
South Ocean Blvd. #302, Pompano Beach, Florida 33060, Second Party, (wherever
used herein, the terms "first party" and "second party" shall include singular and
plural, heirs, legal representatives, and assigns o€ individuals, and the successors
and assigns of Corporations,- wherever the context so admits or requires) and;
WHEREAS the Second Party, holds a mortgage against the property as described in OR
Book 246 at page 438-439 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida and;
WHEREAS the First Party now owns the West half of the property rather than an
undivided one-half interest;
THEREFORE the legal description for the aforementioned mortgage is hereby revised to
read as follows:
An undivided thirty-eight and three quarters percent (38.751) in-
terest in and to the West half of the following described property,
to wit: '
Lots 268 and 271 WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION, Section 10, Township 36
- South, Range 40 East, as per-plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
1, page 23 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida;"
said lands situate, lying and being in Saint Lucie County, Florida.
ALL other stipulations called for in-the aforementioned recorded mortgage remain as
