AGREEMENT 483101
WHEREAS Irene C. Greene, a single adult whose Post
Office address is 1991 N8 31st Court, Lighthouse Point, Fl. 33064, First Party,
did on the 21 day of November A.D., 19 75 purchase certain property as described in
OR Book 246 at page 434 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida from
Fr~~~c L. k s Lottie H. Mikes, his wife whose Post Office address is 3091 /36 0

t, Pompano Beach, Fl. 33062 Second Party, (wherever used herein, the
terms "first party and "second party" shall include singular and ple~al, heirs, legal
representat:~ves, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of Corporations,
wherever the context so admits or requires) and;
WHEREAS the Second Party, holds a mortgage against the property as described in OR Book
246 at page 435 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida and;
WHEREAS the First Party now owns the East half of the property rather than an undivided
one-half interest;
THEREFORE the legal description for the aforementioned mortgage is hereby revised to read
as follows:
An undivided twenty-one and one quarter---------- percent (21.25$) in-
terest in and to the East half of the following described property,
to wit:
Lots 268 and 271 WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION, Section 10, Township 36 South
Range 40 East, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, page 23
of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida; said lands situate,
lying and being in Saint Lucie County, Florida.
ALL other stipulations called for in the aforementioned recorded mortgage remain as Yiefore.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the First Party and the Second Party have hereunto set their hands
