BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, duly authorised in the State
and County aforesaid to take acknowledgements, personally appeared John
M. Green and Pamela P. Green, His Wife, who after first being duly sworn
did depose and say:
1. That they are the identical individuals who executed a mortgage
in the amount of 532,000.00 in favor of First Federal Savings and Loan
. Association of Ft. Pierce, dated March 5, 1980, and recorded in Official
Record Book 327, page 798, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Affiants further state that they are the .identical individuals
named as grantees in that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Official
Record Book 326, page 2924, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
wherein title to Lot 3, Block.36, Porkt St. Lucie, Section 25, was
conveyed to John M. Green and Pamela J. Green, Nis Wife, by Margaret L.
Grashorn.
3. Further your affiants sayeth not.
