FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause came on to be heard before me this day on
the Petition for Adoption, and it appearing to the Court that
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services has filed
its recommendation in regard to a Judgment of Adoption,
recommending that permanent custody of the child known in these
proceedings as-LISA ANNE BOATRIGHT, be given to the Petitioners,
and the Court now being advised in the premises finds:
. 1. That the Petitioners FRANCIS :y1ARLYN BOATRIGHT and
BONNIE HUDSON BOATRIGHT, his wife, are fit and proper persons to
adopt the child named in the Petition, and the best interests of
the said child will be promoted by such adoption.
2. That the said child is suitable for adoption by
the said Petitioners. _
3. That all necessary consents have been obtained.
It is, therefore, upon consideration,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
(a) That the permanent custody of the child known
as LISA ANNE BOATRIGHT in these proceedings be and the same is
hereby given to FRANCIS MARLYN BOATRIGHT and BONNIE HUDSON
BOATRIGHT, his wife;
(b) That the said child known as LISA ANNE
BOATRIGHT is given the lawful name of and shall henceforth be
known as LISA ANNE BOATRIGHT:

(c) That the said child is hereby declared to be
the legal child and lawful heir of FRANCIS MARLYN BOATRIGHT and
BONNIE HUDSON BOATRIGHT, his wife, and the said child shall be
subject to all of the obligations and entitled to all of the
