FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause came on to be heard before me this day on motion
of the petitioner for Final Judgment of Adoption, after notice to
the State Welfare Board, and the Court now being advised in the
premises, finds: -
1. That the petitioner, RAYMOND R. CROSS, is a fit and proper !
person to adopt the child named in the petition, and that the best
interest of the said-child will be promoted by such adoption.
2. That the said child is suitable for adoption by the said
petitioner.
I, It is, therefore, upon consideration:

~ (a) That the said child now known as Trivia Dell Danner is

j given the lawful-name of Trivia Dell Cross.
(b) That the said child is hereby"declared to be the legal
child and lawful heir of.~#aymond R. Cross and the said child shall
be subject to all of the obligations and entitled to all of the
rights and privileges of"a child born to the adopting step-father
in lawful wedlock, all of which is
