RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife, without notice, for a temporary restraining order, restrain-
ing and enjoining the Husband from interfering with, molesting,.
harassing or using physical violence on the Wife and the minor
children, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
therefore -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, Vincent Paul Skoda, be and he is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,
harassing, intimidating or using physical violence on the Wife or
the minor children.
2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
E are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be necessary
to insure the Husband's com liance with this Order without further
