SATISFACTION OF COST JUDGMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That HUTCHINSON ISLAND
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and GULF OIL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT-
COMPANY, the owners and holders of a certain Order and Cost
Judgment dated January 3, 1980, in that certain cause in which
ROBE SOUND NATIONAL BANK, a National Banking Association, is
Plaintiff, and HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and
GULF OIL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY are Defendants, the
same being Case No. 78-149 C.A., the said Order and Cost Judg-
ment having been entered in the Official Record Book 323 at
Page 508 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
have received full payment of said Order and Cost Judgment, and
hereby request and order the .Clerk of the Circuit Court in
and for St. Lucie County, Florida, to cancel said Order and
Cost Judgment of record. _
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, ROBERT M. LLOYD, Attorney of~Record
