After each of these arguments was responded to by the i

Plaintiffs' attorney, it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Complaint by Plaintiffs does state a cause of
action in nuisance.
2. That the other grounds for dismissal raised by DALCAMP ~

are denied.
3. Both of the Motions made by DALCAMP INCORPORATED are
denied.
4. DALCAMP INCORPORATED has twenty (20) days from this•date
