TAIS MATTER having come on for consideration by this
Court of the Counterdefendant, MORRISON ASSURANCE COMPANY,
INC.'s Motion to Dismiss the Counterclaim of GREENBRIER
PLAZA, INC., a Florida corporation, d/b/a GREENBRIER PLAZA,
and the Court having considered the~same and having heard
argument and agreement of counsel with respect thereto and
being further fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Cotxnterclaimant's Counter-
claim heretofore served upon MORRISON ASSURANCE COMPANY, INC.
be and the same is hereby dismissed because of improper
service of said Counterdefendant.
DONE AND ORDERED in Ch ers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
