together with all costs.of this suit which to date amount to

6. That by virtue of the mortgage described in the Complaint,
the Plaintiff has a valid first lien upon the. said mortgaged property
situated, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, the State of
Florida, being more particularly described as follows:.
Lot 27, of SHERATON PLAZA UNIT TMO REPEAT
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 16
page 2~of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

7. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this judgment
are not paid within three days from this date, the Clerk of this Court.
shall sell the property at Public Sale to the highest bidder for cash,
free, clear and discharged of and from any and all claims, liens,
encumbrances, rights and equity in interest of the said Defendant,
Ernest L. Smith, which sale shall be held by the Clerk of this Court
on the day of ~ 1980, at ~~a.m.
at the East Front Door of the St. Lucie unty Courthouse in Ft.
Pierce, Florida, in accordance with F.S. 45.031.
8. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if the Plaintiff
~is not the purchaser, the-Clerk shall credit the Plaintiff's bid with

~ judgment or such. part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full.
' 9. The mortgage lien of the Plaintiff is hereby found to be

~ superior to any right, title, interest or claim of the Defendant's,
Blazer Financial Services,~Inc., and/or Personal Thrift Plan, Inc., and

if the above-described property is sold at foreclosure sale as herein
before set forth, it shall be sold free and clear of any right, claim,
title, interest or encumbrance of said Defendants, Blazer Financial
Services, Inc., and/or Personal Thrift Plan, Inc.
10. Upon receipt of the purchase price paid at said sale, the
Clerk shall issue a Certificate of Sale, and if no objections to said +
sale be filed within the time required by law, said Clerk shall issue
