St. Lucie County, Florida> and further amended in 0. R.. Book 329,
page 258.

'This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed the Party(s) of
the Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following:
- 1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and
I ~ other matters of record.
3.. 'Ihe Declaration of Condominitan and Exhibits attached thereto.
. 4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-La?.~s and Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc.,
• a Florida non-profit corporation, the provisions of which documents
run with the land. 'Ihe Grantee(s) assumes t}ie obligations of a
member of said Property Owner's Association.
'Ihe benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon fire
