That BUFFALO SAVINGS BANK, a corporation duly organised and existing under the laws of the
State of New York
the owner and holder of a certain mortgage given by Charles W. Fox and Dorothy E. Fox, his wife ~

bearing date the 1st day of June 19 64 and recorded in Mortgage
Book 93 ,page 380 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St•. Lucie County,
State of Florida, given to secure the principal sum of 13,000.00----- and covering property in said
mortgage described, does hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said mortgage and all in-
debtednesses secured thereby and does hereby authorize and direct the Clerk of said Circuit Court to
cancel said mortgage of record.
