The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, A. M. Kelley, a/k/a Audra M. Kelley,
a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the 21st
day of January, 1979, and Letters of Administration were `
issued to Petitioner on January 31, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account and
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
Personal Representative..
3. Petitioner has fully administered-this estate by
j making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims

and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision
for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
~ 4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be

paid to the personal representative, attorneys, accountants,

( appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
tative are:

obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
