5. SUN HANK OF ST. LUCIB COUNTY, whose address
is set forth above and which is qualified under the Florida
of Florida to serve as personal representative of the decedent's
estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal
representative because Chester B. Griffin has renounced his
right to serve as such personal representative.
6. The nature and approximate value of the-assets in
this estate are:
Tangible personal property and cash accounts having
a value of less than $60,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, .dated
April 20, 1977, accompanies this petition. -
Petitioner~requests that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and that it be appointed personal
representative of the estate of the decedent.
